Design
This site uses CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for visual layout. If your internet browser does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable. This site uses relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers. Users can adjust the size of the text if they find it too small or too large.
Navigability
The navigation is consistent throughout all pages of this site. The site is also accessible to those users whose browsers do not support JavaScript.
Links
When a link takes the user away from the West Lothian Insurance site, a new browser window opens. This should be displayed in the title attribute of the link as with the above examples.
