West Lothian put me and my late beloved husband Ian on to Stuart Usher of West Lothian Secretarial & Drafting Services, to arrange wills for the both of us! We had been putting of the making of our wills for years until we were advised by West Lothian Insurance Services to make our wills as a matter of urgency for various reasons, this we did and Stuart Usher put us at ease and went over several potent points about will writing and without a great deal of fuss and in no time at all we had a registered will in our possession and peace of mind to boot!

Little did I know that my beloved husband Ian would pass away so soon after arranging our wills, and that  yet again I would need to contact West Lothian Insurance Services for their professional advice.

I could not ask for a better service it was a God send, I have heard of peoples estates taking years to be wound up and I was not looking forward to the numerous organisations that would have to be contacted i.e. – Banks, Investment Houses, Court, Various Insurance Providers,  The Tax Office ect. which amounted to 30 different companies.

Words escape me to the professionalism of West Lothian Insurance Services my whole estate has been wound up in just  one month and what I have heard from other people in a similar  position to myself, this is truly remarkable, and saved me from unknown hassle at a time of the loss of my beloved husband Ian.

If a problem does occur they are at the other end of the phone to help, saving you the frustration and time consuming process of dealing through automated phone services and foreign call centres!!

I was going to sell my business as I was totally overburdened by paper work due to all the different Insurance policy’s I had with several different Insurance Companies,  I was also trying to deal with claims and was not able to get through on the phone to the various Insurance companies involved, this was  any business mans nightmare.

I was in attendance when Tom contacted these numerous companies on the phone and eventually converted all my different bits of business into a combined policy which has been a piece of cake to administer compared with the mess we were in prior to Tom visiting us and sorting things out.

I am so impressed with your companies professionalism that I am passing your names to all of my business associates.

I have also been approached by my previous Insurers who have offered to quote for my business and offer me policy’s that are similar to the ones you set up us last year,(The Bird Has Flown) it is obvious to me that they are keen to wrestle my business back and undo all your Tedious good work in one fell swoop.

I am making you aware what goes on in business and to let you know I sent these people packing with a flea in their ear and also let them know I personally would not be moving any of my Insurance business no matter how much they cut there premiums, again I thank you Tom & Kristine for a service second to none!
