Dear Tom and Kristine, I do not know how to thank you both for arranging my Fleet, Liability, and my Commercial Combined Insurance Policies.

I was going to sell my business as I was totally overburdened by paper work due to all the diffirent Insurance policy's I had with several diffirent Insurance Companies, and I was also trying to deal with claims and was not able to get through on the phone to these companies is any business mans nightmare, I was in attendance when Tom contacted these numerous companies on the phone and eventually converted all my different bits of business into a combined policy which has been a piece of cake to admiister compared with the mess we were in pryor to Tom visiting us and sorting things out.

I am so impressed with your companies professioalism that I am passing your names to all of my business associates.

I have also been approached by my previous Insurers who have offered to quote for my bussines and offer me policy's that are simular to the ones you set up us last year,(The Bird Has Flown) it is obvious to me that they are keen to restle my business back and undo all your Tedious good work in one fell swoop, I am making you aware what goes on in business and also let you know I sent these people packing with a flea in their ear and let them know I personally would not be moving any of my Insurance business no matter how much they cut there premiums, again I thank you Tom & Kristine for a service second to none!

I am very grateful for your tenacity in getting my claim settled although the Ombudsman ruled in favour of the insurance company. West Lothian fought my claim and the Ombudsman retracted their decision in favour of myself. You both done the work of any reputable lawyer.
